operated by Telescope, Inc. (“Telescope”). Telescope is committed to protecting
the privacy of your information. The objective of this Privacy Policy is to
disclose and explain what information we collect, use, and share.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
Telescope offers a variety of services that are collectively referred to as the “Service”. We gather personally identifiable information you provide to us when accessing a Service. When you use a Service, we may require you to provide “contact information”, such as name, address, email address and phone number, and “financial information” such as credit card numbers, bank account information and mobile phone number (collectively “personal information”).

OPT IN
Telescope may offer you an opportunity to “opt-in” to receive marketing information from Telescope and/or its partners. This “opt-in” will require a response by you to signify your consent to receive additional information from Telescope and/or its partners. For example, if you are using the internet to access the Service, you may be asked to check a box to “opt-in” or if accessing via your mobile phone, by texting YES to a designated short code.
