1. How and when can I enter the Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game?
The Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game Sweepstakes is a series of individual weekly Sweepstakes that begin on April 18, 2011 and end September 16, 2011 (the Promotion Period). The Promotion Period consists of twenty two (22) different weekly Sweepstakes. Each Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00am PT each Monday and ends at 11:59pm PT the following Friday. You will be entered into the Sweepstakes by playing the Win-At-Home game. You do not need to get the correct answer to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Please note that you are not playing the Sweepstakes to win the item you guess the price of but instead will be entered to win that weeks’ prize, details of which can be found at www.playontv.tv.
To play The Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game, call the Sweepstakes toll-free telephone number: 1-888-82-PRICE (1-888-827-7423) from a touch-tone telephone and follow the prompts to play the guess the retail price game. You can play from a landline or a mobile phone; please note that standard airtime and roaming charges may apply for mobile users. Limit one (1) entry per telephone number per day, per week (Monday to Friday), for a total of five (5) entries per Sweepstakes. By participating in the Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with the Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions and be bound by the Official Rules.
2. Who Can Enter?
The Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game is open to legal residents who reside in one of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.; who are at least 18 years old and age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry. Only when you play the Game will you be entered into the Sweepstakes. You do not need to get a correct answer to be entered into the Sweepstakes.
3. How Does The Random Selection Process Work?
All drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes administrator. For each Sweepstakes, one potential prize winner will be randomly selected in a drawing that will take place after the game period for the Sweepstakes has ended. The drawings for the Sweepstakes will take place on or around the following dates: May 5, 2011, June 2, 2011, July 7, 2011, August 4, 2011, September 8, 2011 and October 6, 2011. If you won the sweepstakes, we’ll contact you through the phone number from which you called to participate in the game. 4. How many Times Can I Enter?
You can enter one (1) time per day (12:00am PT to 11:59pm PT) during each Weekly Entry Period, up to five (5) times per Weekly Entry Period via telephone. If you try to enter the Sweepstakes more than once per day per game period, your extra entries will be disqualified. On your second entry attempt into the sweepstakes per day, you will hear a message telling you that you have exceeded your game period entry limit. On your third call, you will hear a busy signal.
5. When I call 1-888-82-PRICE (1-888-827-7423), I get a busy signal, why?
There are two possible reasons for receiving a busy signal when you call:
1) You may call one (1) time per day (Monday to Friday) per game period from a telephone number. If you exceed the one (1) call, we’ll let you know you have exceeded your per day per game period entry limit. If you call more than two (2) times, you will hear a busy signal.
2) Although the telephone system is designed to handle large volumes of calls simultaneously, there may be times (particularly just after the number appears on the show) when it will not be able to handle every single call. If you are sure you have not exceeded your game period call limit but encounter a busy signal, be patient and try again later – systems are active between 12:00am PT and 11:59pm PT Monday to Friday, so you have plenty of time to participate!
6. When I call 1-888-82-PRICE (1-888-827-7423), I get a message saying my number is not recognized, why?
If you receive the "number not recognized" message, it means that your number may have caller ID blocked. To play the Price Is Right Win-At-Home game, you’ll need to unblock your number. Usually, if you dial *82 before dialing 888 82 PRICE it will unblock your number. This varies from carrier to carrier but is the most common method of unblocking your number.
It may also be that your local phone carrier simply does not pass on your phone number to us, even if you requested that it be unblocked. This is outside of our control, but you could try calling your phone service provider for more information about your blocked number.
7. How will I know if I win?
If you won the Sweepstakes, we’ll contact you through the phone number you called from to participate in the game. Calls will be made between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time after the drawing dates. ePrize is the company which processes winners for the Sweepstakes. Winner notification calls are masked to show as coming from the main ePrize line, 248-543-6800. This is done so that any potential winner calling back is able to speak to an operator so we can ensure their call is routed to the correct and available person. The ePrize team typically leaves a message on the potential winner's voice mail with redemption instructions as well. Please see Official Rules for further details. 8. What are the special offers at the end of the call?
There are a multitude of offers, from various third party companies, that follow your participation of the Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game. These have been specifically selected for the Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game participants. If you stay on the phone line after participating in the game and follow the instructions, you will receive more information about these special third party offers. Please note that CBS, The Price Is Right, its producers and broadcasters, are not responsible for the terms of such offers, and some restrictions may apply.
9. Do I have to listen to the options at the end of the call to win the sweeps?
You DO NOT have to listen to the special third party offers at the end of The Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game Sweepstakes in order to be entered into the Sweepstakes. The offers have been selected specifically for the Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game participants, but they are completely optional. The offers are in no way connected to the Sweepstakes, and you could still win even if you don’t listen to the offers.
10. Does listening to the special third party offers increase my chances of winning the sweepstakes?
No, listening to the special third party offers at the end of The Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game Sweepstakes call does not increase your chances in winning. These special offers are in no way connected to the Price Is Right Win-At-Home Game Sweepstakes.
